Xombie Rescue Mission

EDIT: Adding this to the top since a good friend played my game and was having troubles finding the controls on the keyboard. I play with a gamepad so I had an oversight on keyboard controls. Adding it to the top here so you don't have to scroll:

Xombie Rescue Mission is a survival horror top-down adventure shooter game starring Action Dude Chad who is on a mission to save 5 survivors in a city overrun by the living dead. Walkers? Walking Dead? Zombies? XOMBIES? Reanimated corpses are the words I was looking for.

The five survivors are held hostage in separate areas by the Brethren, a cult of brother vampires. You need to slay the vampires before you can save the hostages.

So wait, this zombie apocalypse... Are the vampires the ones that caused it? I don't know. I just made a silly game where you get to shoot zombies. I don't need you questioning my motives and this game's lack of story!

This is Version 1.0 of the game. 2.0 will be a massive expansion making the game tedious... Err, longer! With an actual story! More bosses, more enemy sprites, more idiots to rescue! Also, the city will be a vast open world with plenty of zombies to kill. So be on the lookout for 2.0. I refuse to call this a demo since it's a complete game. But 2.0 will be awesome!
